1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using TradePricer (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What TradePricer provides

TradePricer is a price comparison tool that retrieves publicly available product and pricing information from Screwfix and Toolstation. We do not sell products ourselves, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with either retailer.

Prices displayed are sourced automatically and may not always reflect the current price at the retailer. Always verify the final price before purchasing.

3. Account responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account with others or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • You must not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or automate use of the Service.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your Members Area. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. TradePricer does not store your payment card details.

5. Free plan limits

The free plan includes a limited number of searches per week. These limits may change at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that prices, availability, or product information are accurate, complete, or up to date. Use the Service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradePricer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses from purchasing decisions made based on prices displayed.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
